The world now runs on computers. How often do you use a computer? Every day? All day? How many emails do you send every week? Dozens... hundreds? The computer is now as big a part of our daily lives as the automobile. (For some people, even more so.) Anything that gets used will ultimately suffer breakdowns. The more a thing is used, the more likely it is to fail. How often does your computer fail you? If you are like me, almost every day there is some kind of glitch that you can't seem to fix. The prevalence of viruses and "adware" which are programmed to download themselves onto your computer from the Internet compounds the problem and makes it CERTAIN that eventually your computer will become sluggish and likely it will CRASH entirely. (This can be very costly in real money and work lost.) Then what do you do? Call a friend? Hope that the IT person at your work can help you out? Call Microsoft and pay outrageously for a fix... and WAIT forever to actually talk to a live person!? Perhaps it was Ben Franklin that said "necessity is the mother of invention." I'm not sure about the author but the quote is akin to gospel in the business world. We all use computers all the time. Computers fail all the time. Someone had to come up with a way to fill the need for inexpensive, FAST and QUALITY technical support. Juvio has done that. I was skeptical about this company at first and thought, "oh, they'll be just as bad as all the other 'support' companies." Not so. Yes, there is a monthly subscription fee. But the support is EXCELLENT, virtually immediate, thorough, and available 24/7. My laptop recently got so full of adware and viruses (and I run anti-virus and adware removal programs every day) that it was non-functioning. I had become a Juvio subscriber because my brother said it was a good company, so I said, "OK, I'll try it." Man was I impressed. Not only did I get immediate help. I got TWO follow up phone calls (plus an email) from the technician just making sure he had actually solved my problem. That ONE service call was worth more to me than the monthly subscription fee. Why am I telling you this? For two reasons:
